Welcome to the Chunksaah Records Online Store - the official home of the BOUNCING SOULS as well as many other great bands, writers, and artists. Please take a moment to read the following information.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
The wait time for PayPal ordering is 2-3 weeks.
The wait time for snail mail ordering is 4-6 weeks.
Shipping outside the U.S. takes an additional 1-2 weeks minimum.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING AND HANDLING?
There is an automatic 25% shipping and handling charge added to all orders. Additionally, if you are ordering from outside the U.S. there is an international shipping charge that must be paid for your order to ship.

HOW DO YOU SHIP / TRACKING?
We ship all orders First Class or Priority via USPS. We do not currently offer tracking.

WHY IS MY ORDER LATE?
We will turn your order around as quickly as possible. We ask that you please be patient. At times everyone in the office is on tour. Other times we may run out of the item that you ordered. Sometimes orders do get lost in the mail. We ask that you email us only if it has been over 4 weeks since you ordered with PayPal or 8 weeks if you ordered through the mail. When you email us, you must include date you placed order, reciept id, transaction id, your name, your address, and a description of what you ordered. Not including this information will delay a response from us and may lead to us not responding at all. Additionally, we will not ship international items unless the proper international shipping charges have been paid and we will no longer be notifying you if you didn't pay.

HOW TO I ADD INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Every page has a link to add additional international shipping. Use the one that applies to you. Not paying the additional shipping charges will result in us not shipping your order. You only need to pay the additional shipping once per order. You do not have to add additional shipping for each iitem.

HOW DO I GET FREE STUFF?
There is nothing free here. We sell stuff. Please do not ask us to send you free stickers or posters.

HOW DO I CONTACT CHUNKSAAH RECORDS ONLINE STORE?
Email us at orders[at]chunksaah[dot]com and be sure to include date you placed order, reciept id, transaction id, your name, your address, and a description of what you ordered. Being a jerk and writing us nasty letters will only delay a response so be nice.
