Back in 1998 The Right To Assemble Volume One 7 inch was collectively released by a few close friends out of New Brunswick, NJ. Ten years later The Right To Assemble Volume Two is born from New Brunswick's own Soulrebel Records. All 22 bands are local to New Brunswick and the Jersey Shore but are all an active part of the “Hubcityhardcore” scene.
